Jeremy Basset
CEO
Jeremy is responsible for working with clients across a variety of verticals to define and develop their collaborative innovation capabilities.

Prior to launching CO:CUBED, Jeremy was responsible for initiating and leading the Unilever Foundry. Through the Foundry, Unilever partnered with over 100 startups around the world, with almost half being scaled across the business.
​
Jeremy holds an MBA from London Business School, is CPA qualified, and has a degree in Marketing & Accounting from the University of Technology, Sydney.
Sara Springer
CONSUMER SPECIALIST
Sara worked at Diageo for 15 years in both Global and Market roles specialising in business innovation and product innovation. In the last three years, Sara was Innovation Director of Diageo's Futures Team where she built Diageo's ‘External Expertise’ through forging relationship with the start up community.
Since leaving Diageo in 2015, Sara has continued to work with startups and scale-ups on business strategy, growth and innovation.
Oz Alashe
CYBER SPECIALIST
A former British Army and UK Special Forces Lieutenant Colonel, Oz has a successful track record of developing and leading the application of specialist intelligence, cyber and risk management capability to tackle sensitive challenges in business and government.
Oz sits on the board of TorchlightGroup, a global counter threat company and is CEO and founder of CybSafe, a cloud-based cyber security awareness platform that helps businesses to improve cyber security behaviour, visualise human factor vulnerability and reduce cyber risk..
Oz was made an MBE for his personal leadership in the most complex of conflict environments.
Laura Humphreys

Laura brings significant experience in helping corporates achieve their business aims through engaging communication campaigns and events, in the UK and internationally.
Laura specialises in corporate innovation, having spent the last two years leading the events and community portfolio at Unilever Foundry, connecting big brands with startups and new technology.
